Oh my Tom. I'm utterly shattered.  I am doing well, since you express  
such concern, although endurance in the FEI vein is not at all part  
of my life. But I'd have to disagree with one point. Egypt is a  
lovely place to live, but then you've only seen the Gulf, which is  
hardly the Middle East, so what would you know?  And who wants to be  
a warrior anyway?
