I've dealt with it twice, ever. BOTH cases were chemical from the silicone that had been squirted up under the pads getting on the heels. I wonder how many people had new pads put on right before Tevis? The worst case was when I tried to wipe it off and smeared it across his pastern. It was responsible for one of Kaboot's pulls.
