Lad is going to stay with me. I have been horse crazy since 7 or earlier and have owned horses since I was 9..I would never put Lad down before his time. Just wanted him to have more attention than I can give him right now, I felt badly for him. Yesterday I had groomed him and put him out in the arena..then groomed my 1 1/2 year old filly Pepsi Moon and put her in with him to see how they would do? He has been doing well with her mother in the arena and he needs social time so badly. after a while he went for her so quickly, she bolted and ran into the fence he right behind her.! I was so upset that he got so agressive..! I am trying to let him get out and be social.. he has never ever done anything like that before. I was just so dissapointed and thought if he had that much energy... maybe he needed a job? He has been stiff and had a bad knee but when I put him in the arena he`s all ready to go..
