[RC] which comes first? - Ed Kilpatricknow you are on the right track. if you cant get your horse to relax under saddle, bit or no bit, then go back to basics. lots of groundwork, including lots of lateral flexion work, which among other things is very, very good at teaching your horse to relax and rely on you. ed
