Re: [RC] Ticks - Truman PrevattWhat the equine vet that was here and did the emergency treatment was it was probably a reaction to the chemical they use for ticks in Frontline. It seemed that the reaction to the Frontline caused him to be sensitive to Advantage also. Much like some people who develop an allergy to some sort of insect bite, or sting, some food or drug, etc. Each incident becomes progressively worse.Truman Chris Paus wrote: We use Frontline here too. Works great. I've used it on all kinds of dogs and cats and never a problem. Used advantage once on one dog and it didn't seem to work at all. ditto for the Sargent's and other knock off stuff. -- “The only change is that baseball has turned Paige from a second class citizen to a second class immortal.” Satchel Paige =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
