It matters little if used all the ice in the entire state of Virginia. 
You rode a good ride. You knew your horse and you planned and rode to 
his ability. An maybe you just underestimated him a little - especially 
when he "smelled" home.

As I always like to say about non Arabs in the sport, when the going 
gets tough - the tough get going and this time the tough was a couple 
Morgans.
