Absolutely Karen.  If the people involved in this event will not look out
for the welfare of the animals, it's up to others to make sure that changes.

   I am encouraged people cared enough to be upset...and maybe look into
it, get facts, and still write letters urging this event be monitored by
vets, etc.....
