Re: [RC] Kill clover? - Chris PausI did mention that it was not good for horses predisposed to laminitis. I had a horse who was chronically laminitic. I had to keep him off ALL legumes.. clover, lespedeza, alfalfa, etc. I also said that for most horses it was ok in moderation. I wouldn't turn a horse out 24/7 on a field of lush clover. But if there's a little here and there and the horse is otherwise healthy, I don't worry about it.
