[RC] Post-ride: Bandage or Not? - Karen Ellis
I would like to know what riders' opinions are on post-ride bandaging.
Some riders believe that it is absolutely necessary - with or without clay. Others have told me that it impedes circulation and encourages heat build up and walking is best.
Is there a right answer?
Karen
