Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

If they are not FEI rules or flow from FEI rules as a derived 
requirement (in which case they are a rule for the FEI ride for that 
day) then why are they in place? To say there are few good managers is a 
cop out and sure not the way to get more co-sanctioned rides. If you 
recall the number of co-sanctioned rides peaked the first couple of 
years and has declined since that to about a handfull.
