Re: [RC] cell phone cases - kazevedoVery good idea! Wet cell phones are bad news.I put the phone in a baggie if it is wet out, or if I have any rivers to cross...just in case. If you are leaving the cell phone in a saddle bag, ON the horse, why take itIf somebody ELSE gets hurt. It actually saved a rancher's life when my mom, him, and I were rounding up cattle in the mountains (2 hours away from town) a couple years ago. His horse fell on him (we think, we had to go looking for him along the ravine when the cows came... but he didn't follow). Our cell phones NEVER get service up there, but miraculously it worked, and Mom called a helicopter in. ...long story, but just had to say, that cell phones are always good! Glad the Cashel ankle safe works for you Jonni- I might want one of 'em.
