Re: [RC] Easy Boot Question - Laney HumphreyIt sounds like the boot wasn't cut down far enough in the back. Basically, the entire rear of the boot should be cut off, all the way down almost to the sole. Many people also cut the strap about in half (vertically) to make sure it doesn't rub against the tender heel bulbs. The metal prongs on the sides of the boot should also be bent flat so they don't dig into the sides of the hoof. There is more to it than that which experts in EZ boot use will add to what I've said, I'm sure.Laney Ridecamp Guest wrote: Please Reply to: Lauretta tikitiki69@xxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
