Re: [RC] [RC] Frog, The Horse That Knew No Master - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Diane Roby diane_roby2002@xxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== When I was 8, 9, and 10 B.P. (before owning my own ponies)my parents would fly me out to visit my grandparents in Anaheim, CA. My granddad would take me to the Santa Anita track with him and we'd wander up and down the barn aisles just watching the horses. He loved to bet on them but never wished to own one. I finally got Misty, a white Welsh pony and her 2 week old colt. Other than what I read I didn't have a clue and neither did my parents. Me and that colt were inseperable. I'd go out and take naps with him in the summer and one winter afraid he'd freeze (this was FL and we actually got a dusting of snow) I brought him in the garage. My dad was not amused and the rubber tiles to this day still have little hoofprints in them. I had to sell them when I was 18 and it took me 20+ years to finally get another one. I've never been happier than when I'm with a horse. Riding is the one thing I've found that is guaranteed to make my migraine go away. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
