As I recall, Strategy recommended something like 6lbs a day for a weanling!But for those, like me, who choose NOT to give the amount recommended, be aware that the "Complete" feeds with added vitamins and minerals only offer that IF you feed the recommended amount. So, for example, if you live in a selinium deficinent area and are counting on the feed to offer the extra selenium, then you need to either feed the recommended amounts OR add your own extra selenium. And that's where it gets tricky....knowing how much "extra" of whatever to add. Also ~ Ultium has beet pulp ~ in fact, it's the #1 ingredient. It is a high-fat, low starch feed.
