[RC] Place to stay in CA . . . anyone know how to find one? - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Katie katiebacker@xxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== Is there a way for me to find a room for rent on horse property through some way other than word of mouth? I have looked at socalequine.com which is a great site but doesn't have quite what I'm looking for. I have been to barns in the past where there is a little room or trailer that someone rents, often in exchange for helping out with feeding or other chores. That sounds ideal for me, especially if I could also board my horse on that property. I am a good, hard-working, responsible and clean-cut kid but with the new job I am persuing I will be living at close to (or at!) poverty level and I've been hoping to find some low-cost rent and/or horse boarding situation in the Los Angeles or Acton area. I plan on visiting some local tack shops soon to see if they have heard of anything, but I'm pretty clueless on how to go about this. Thanks! katiebacker@xxxxxxxxxxx =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
