Hi John,
  I believe Nancy's message was about a neighbor's property that is for sale and 
that she was just soliciting endurance types to look at it.  In a post a couple of 
months ago, when she was singing the praises of Elfin Forest, she stated that she was 
not a realtor.  If she isn't the owner and she isn't the agent, then posting an "ad" 
would be inappropriate.  If this is the case, perhaps she could have made her 
third-party status clearer in her post.
