Fortunately we live in a somewhat free and
capitalist society. If I own a horse, I am the judge as to whether that it
is an individual that should be bred on. I may have a difference of
opinion with you, but I decide about the breeding future of my horses, not some
government or breed committee that "knows better than I".
If it got down to a specific case with a mare, I
would only sell without papers if there was a very strong reason why that animal
should not be bred on, with due consideration of the uniqueness of the blood
lines.
