Unless somebody changes the rules, this horse won't be registered.  The
AHA rules say "a horse conceived of a domestic mare...and an eligible
stallion...may be registered as a purebred Arabian...."  Which clearly,
this horse isn't.

There may be some country (like Italy???? I don't speak good enough
Italian to understand the registration requirements for the Italian
Arabian registry) that has requirements different from "both parents
must be registered as purebreds..." that will register this foal;
however, the AHA won't (or if it does, it will be doing so in
contravention of its own rules).
