So, if a horse is only brushing a hot wire as it sails over, and it's feet
are not touching the ground as it does touch the fence (thus, not
"grounded") would the horse even feel the electric shock? I am not
coordinated enough to jump real high off the ground, and in mid air, reach
out and touch my electric fence to test this theory, but Mike might be
willing to try.....  ;-)
