Re: [RC] Rider weight - heidiRight on girl! And as someone else pointed out....give up the soft drinks (pop, soda, etc.)!!!! You would be surprised how much weight you can drop just by getting rid of all that sugar. I admit, this is hard to do. I love cherry chocolate Dr Peppers from Sonic so I allow myself to splurge on the weekends...but that's it! Soft drinks = bad!! I'm not too big into soft drinks anyway, but even a few can be a problem. Even a one-a-day habit can add up. I try to limit mine to travel, but sometimes working in the school system, the easy availability of them catches up with me, and I have to stop and remind myself...
