Actually one of the best ways to lose weight....is to eat! Many times!
Throughout the day! And you're right! Eat smaller portions but eat
frequently   which keeps your metabolism raised! Pick on things all day
long like fruit,  trial  mix, crackers, etc.

This is SO TRUE!  The best results I've ever had at losing weight have
been when I virtually snack all the time, but on "good" stuff.
