[RC] GPS unit - Brian & Sara Minsk

Hi, all! I am looking to buy a GPS unit that I can wear on my wrist and is easy to attach. I don't need anything fancy as I already have a HR Monitor. The one on the Endurance Net homepage looks a bit pricey. I wanted to know if anyone has a GPS unit and what brand it is. Plus, what are your thoughts on it? I am hoping to find just a basic model that is a little more affordable. I want to be able to track my mileage as I do not have any marked/measured trails near me. Also, does it still work if you are in heavy trees? Lastly, are they legal in competition or just used for training? Thanks in advance! : )
