If it's a reputable company, I think it's
reasonable to have as much faith in the chain of accountability of the retailer
as my vet would have in his supplier. To be on the safe side, though, we
will keep some epinephrine ready at hand when vaccines are
administered.

leery of vaccines by mail. There is no easily-traced chain
of accountability, and you have no real guarantee that they have been
kept cold since manufacture, even if they come to you with a still-cold
cold pack. IMO it isn't worth the risk--better to pay the extra to
buy them directly from a veterinarian.
