Re: [RC] ankle braces - DESERTRYDR1The best thing would be to do ankle strengthening exercises to build better strength and flexibility in that area. I'm not sure exactly what, as I have good ankles, I imagine a physical therapist could recommend some exercises. Wraps or a brace will actually leave the ankles weaker in the long run, and lead to more problems later on.
