Putting on a ride means you are giving up a ride day. There is this social thing about riding your own rides which I've never really understood....and it provides a dis-incentive for ride managers to step up. I know steph and I passed on @6 week-ends of riding last year (which we are making up for now:) by putting on the Oreana rides.
