[RC] easy boot epics - a . yovich

What specifically makes the boot stay on better than the old boots. I've seen some of the pictures and except for the added gaiter, I admit that I can't "see" a difference and I'm wondering what the difference is. Will these be NATRC legal (without the gaiter of course) and come below the heel bulb and the hair line?
