RE: [RC] [RC] ? Ultium - RDCARRIEIn a message dated 12/17/2004 9:48:44 AM Eastern Standard Time, Chris Paus <paus@xxxxxxxxxxx> writes: gosh, I don't think I'll be able to use this product... I have a hard time keeping weight OFF my horses! They get fat on air! Sounds like our bunch! They're a bunch of hairy air ferns. The exception is our 29 year old, who has a little trouble keeping weight on during the winter...he's getting Ultium and beet pulp (won't touch his food if there's even a couple tablespoons of oil in it), and the 5 year old that belongs to a friend. The 5 year old is perpetually scrawny-looking, and we're pouring food into him (yes, been wormed). For the past few weeks, he's been getting a couple hefty scoops of Ultium mixed with his beet pulp (was getting Strategy before), and also getting oil added. Hoping to see some results soon. He's always a little ribby looking. I'm just not used to dealing with hard keepers! All of ours are nice and fat on just pasture and free choice hay, with a little Strategy on the side. Hope the Ultium does the trick for the 5 year old.
