The AERC home page has had the information for a month. It's listed both as a link in the left column - Recent News

Registration Form/Info under Membership/Annual Convention"

and as the notice states - Look under the Membership menu at
Annual Convention - then click on Registration Form for an Adobe pdf version to download.
