The police have your statement that were angry and kicked your horse into her. 2. The landowner says the same thing, but your statements came after talking to your lawyer.."She grabbed my horse. She was yelling threats at me. I was afraid that she was going to hurt me and my horse. I tried to get away. My horse knocked her down...." Which story would be more likely to result in a finding of innocent...?
