You could sue but if you did you could only get "replacement value" and
since it was torn, you probably would not get much. I doubt very
seriously you could get "pain and suffering over a peed on saddle." May
not be fair but that is most likely what would happen. So my advice is
next time pull out your six shooter and blow the sucker away before he
does his deed ;-).
