RE: [RC] Now I remember why I don't post.. - StephTeeterKimberly - and all - when you get responses in your private email, it is not always intentional. The default 'reply to' for Ridecamp posts goes to the individual poster. In order to include Ridecamp in the reply, you need to use the 'reply to all' option, otherwise it only goes to the individual. We set it up this way a few years ago because posts that WERE intended to be sent only to individuals were going to the whole list, and that was pretty dreadful in some cases. However - I do agree with you on the 'some people are too opinionated' part. Sometimes folks can be a little testier with email than they are in person. There's a difference in expressing an opinion, and stating one's opinion as the final word on a subject. You have to be tough to do this sport. And I guess you have to be pretty tough to survive on email lists too..
