 [RC] not end. but the best BBQ turkey ever - Judy HouleThis would work as ride banquet food actually.  You
take your turkey and soak it in a brine for 24 hours.
For brine take a double plastic garbage bag, put in 12
C. water, 2 C. brown sugar, 1 1/2 C. salt, 2 tsp.
peppercorns and 4 bay leaves.  Soak 24 hours.  Put on
your kettle BBQ with turkey timer inserted and cover. 
Comes out super moist with a light smoky flavor.  Can
be done in conventional oven too.
