[RC] not end. but the best BBQ turkey ever - Judy HouleThis would work as ride banquet food actually. You take your turkey and soak it in a brine for 24 hours. For brine take a double plastic garbage bag, put in 12 C. water, 2 C. brown sugar, 1 1/2 C. salt, 2 tsp. peppercorns and 4 bay leaves. Soak 24 hours. Put on your kettle BBQ with turkey timer inserted and cover. Comes out super moist with a light smoky flavor. Can be done in conventional oven too. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
