Re: [RC] AHA endurance high point - Kristen A FisherLif - I just posted this to AERC Forum in response to the same question:This is a good question. On one form, it indicated that "AERC tracks 100 mile points" so you didn't have to submit your rides. I am not sure what that means. Here is info on the AHA Distance Awards: http://www.arabianhorses.org/competitions/distance/dist_programs.asp I would email the AHA Awards Committee National Chair Jodi Zeier jodizeier@xxxxxxxxxxx as well as the AHA Endurance Committee National Chair Cheryl Van Deusen cvandeusen@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and the Endurance Committee BOD Liaison Cory Soltau bvarabians@xxxxxxx I should point out that the distance awards referenced above are free AHA programs. For those that are interested, this year at convention, we passed a resolution allowing horse and amateur achievement awards points to be earned for LD rides [not just endurance]. I never noticed before that it is for rides between 50 and 99 miles. How strange - can anyone tell me the logic in omitting hundred mile rides? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
