[RC] Horse property - Northern, Cal.? - Ridecamp Guest

Hi,
I am shopping for horse property in the foothills around Sacramento.  I would 
like at least 5 acres usable, and would like an arena (so it needs to be fairly 
flat).  I also want to be close to dedicated trails or open space in a safe 
neighborhood.  I have looked around Grass Valley and Cool, but have not found 
anything yet.  I am planning on heading back up there to check around 
Placerville/Shingle Springs, etc.  Any suggestions or comments would be
