[RC] New feature on the AERC site - Putting on Clinics - Michael Maul

There's a new page at the AERC site under the "Education menu" titled Clinics.

Rider Clinic information provided by AERC Education Committee member Ann Cofield, who has held successful clinics associated with the SE region Oconee Endurance Ride.
