[RC] [RC] Unabashed plug for helmets - Michelle Fink

Kathy,

My backcountry medicine handbook (always in the horsetrailer first aid kit)
says that if you have a concussion from a fall & black out for any length of
time, you should treat it as a possible spinal fracture and get x-rayed
ASAP.  It backs up what you have suggested.
