RE: [RC] [RC] marquis supergrip - Alison FarrinI really loved the idea of these boots and ordered a pair to try. I tried and I tried and I tried. 2 different horses, multiple experiments. I managed to keep one boot on one of the horses for 10 miles. I applied them as directed. and the boots came off. I tried them on another horse. and the boots came off. I tried clipping them tighter. two clips broke/bent beyond repair. I inflated them till the horse started to rock, then backed off a tiny bit. and the boots came off I duct taped the entire fastening system with multiple loops of tape around the entire outside of the boot. and the boots came off. I gave up. These boots are probably great for a dressage rider or even an eventer, where they have to stay on for up to 2 miles. For endurance, they don't cut it.
