I just put my horses in my 4 horse stock trailer
after it is hitched to my vehicle and drive on down the road. I always
leave them with hay and water and small frequent amounts of grain pellets that
contain roughage. I stop at rest stops along the way and stop for
gas. I haul 1100 miles without getting them out, unless I have 'car
trouble'. I one has time it is nice to get them out and walk them
around. Seems I never have that time but have never had any
problems.
