That is indeed an LTJ bit. She calls it a TTEAM Training Bit or 
Rollerbit. I crewed for Rio on the Swanton Pacific 100 R&T several 
years ago, and it was a hoot to watch him clinking his way through his 
slurpee, which was presented in a small Rubbermaid wash tub.

The bit is also pictured on the cover of Sept. EN with Dinah Rojek and 
Phoenix on their way to OD 50 Top Ten and BC.
