Giving multiple innoculations at the same time will increase the risk of
an adverse reaction, and may also decrease the amount of response you get
to each individual antigen.

The flip side to this is that most horses do respond adequately to
multiple innoculations, and most do not react adversely.

Just a matter of the odds...
