[RC] circulation - Dolores Arste

I agree with Heidi, I feel that the trim that shoe is applied to or a
barefoot trim is waaayyy more important
than the shoe.

For instance....High heels would tilt the coffin bone down towards the
ground more in the toe area, thus causing the coffin bone to pinch the sole
corium and also the circumflex artery, and the laminae which would cause
decreased circulation and lack of blood supply to much needed areas. This
in turn would cause a thinning of the sole, and a chain
reaction of bad feet, flaring, etc.

The same goes for long toes and underrun heels, it's the trim dammit :)

I think that than applying shoes to this is just adding insult to injury
because now you are creating openings in the laminae which allows bacteria
and encourages flaring.

Of course I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir when speaking to you all.

Dolores
