Walking, lots of walking is what helps me condition myself.  Oh, riding
helps, too but walking has really helped build my own cardiovascular.  I
can't wait to get back on a regular schedule of walking again now that my
hamstring is feeling better and I'll be back in school (walking to class
plus working out at the Student Activity Center).  :)
