Joint supplements (GAGS, CS, oral HA compounds) are
fine. There is no trouble with joint supplements.  
They do not mask pain, or bring down inflammation.  
They help our endurance horses live better lives
longer.

Well, no, not exactly.  They are substances found in
normal feeds, and as such, are banned if being fed in
amounts over what one would find there.

OK guys, now you've got me REALLY confused. The above
dialogue is a perfect example of why most of us have
no idea what we can and can't use. How many endurance
riders give joint supplements to their horses? I'd bet
a heck of a lot of us. So, Heidi, if I understand your
comment correctly, we are in violation of Rule 13?
Since I'm typically a pretty guilt-ridden person, this
may make me crazy. ; - )
