I have
a Sundowner, 3 horse slant that I absolutely love. Sundowner is one of the
few trailer manufacturers that provides good 3 to 10 year warranties. And,
I've read that they made some improvements in the newer models (mine is 3 years
old) that alleviates some irritating things, like the drop down windows being
too high for short people to reach or the way a/c condensation just rolls off
the sides. Mine is a value lite; has a steel frame and aluminum skin, and
several of my friends have all aluminum which they really enjoy. I'm not
sure there's a perfect trailer out there, but this comes pretty close. I
haven't yet run into anyone that complained about the quality of these
trailers.

disappointment
My new Kiefer built horse trailer
was finally delivered today. It has been months since I ordered
it.
Well I must say I am
disappointed.
The inside has many sharp edges ,
the windows are crooked and the wiring is exposed to mention a few of the
problems.
I splurged and ordered a hay rack.
The ladder is really mickey mouse. Not shaped , cut and bolted, the hay rack
is solid and will cause drag. It also looks cheap.
The outside running lights will
last about 5 minutes with my horse playing with them. The list goes on and
on.
This is not a cheap trailer . It
costs over $18000 Canadian dollars.
