1st, a big THANKS to the Keesees who put on a wonderful ride- you guys did 
GREAT!!.....I wanted to also thank everybody who helped me out after I got 
kicked out on the trail-- a bunch of us were riding past some day riders who 
were stopped by the trail- their little dog came running out after the last 
horse by, and the rider got dumped and the loose horse came flying by me- so of 
course I hopped down and tried to catch it...well, that horse was still 
freaked, and kicked out at me as I made a grab at the reins....got me a good 
one in the thigh....thanks to the 2 nurses, they got me bandaged up with torn 
up tshirts!! and I was able to get back on and complete the ride before going 
to the ER....THANKS to all my friends who helped me get back, and took me to 
the ER and vetted my horse out and dismantled camp....Distance riders are the 
BEST!!!!!...regards, Chris Eickleberry
PS nothing broken, just a HUGE very colorful thigh with 7 stitches!....hope to 
see ya all at Mirkwood!
