[RC] Am I getting old - Chris Pausor what???? does anyone else experience this? I'm 52. Been riding horses all my life, distance riding since 1997. Lately, every time I go trail riding, I have to take a nap afterwards. I mean, lights go out! Doesn't matter if it's a 5 mile ride or 25 miles, doop de doo pace or bookin'. After I get home, put the horse away and sit down, I just crash. I've tried eating before I go out, eating when I get home, taking electrolytes, etc. Doesn't matter. It's like a sleeping pill! Any ideas???? chris ===== "A good horse makes short miles," George Eliot Chris and Star BayRab Acres http://pages.prodigy.net/paus ============================================================ I don't think you have to join a gym or buy frilly outfits to get some fitness. A decent set of shoes and a 15 minute dismount here and there will help. ~ Jon K.
