Thanks for the info. One of the reasons for my current interest in
boots, Easyboots or Boaboots, is a particular horse we have that over-reaches
and snatches off front shoes, often within the first 1/2 mile of a ride.
I'm considering Ground Control shoes on the advice of a farrier on
ridecamp. But if all else fails, Easyboots over iron shoes may be my only
choice. Frustrating problem. It would be great if we didn't have to
shoe this horse at all in front, but until Easyboots stay on better or Boaboots
can be used for endurance, we have few choices left. The horse has a very
short strong back and long legs, and he reaches well forward at a
trot.
