But I just went through all of my emails for today and only two were in favor, Randy and a lady from Oregon. Every other one was against. Uh, some of us have already posted in favor, but just didn't clambor onto the bandwagon the second time around... Last night the BOD voted for more awards for LD. This after turning down awards for juniors who do 100 milers at the meeting last year. Somehow I find this backwards.......mb Well, I do too--not that we SHOULDN'T do the BC thing--but we definitely SHOULD be awarding juniors and 100-milers, never mind both! What bugs me is when one award system is pitted against another--as if we couldn't do both! (They did the same thing when they destroyed our national points system in order to institute the current NC system and the weight division system--for what? We COULD have had them all...)
