[RC] Knives and Tools, Flashlights Etc. - Patrick Allen/Evelyn Hartman

I know everyone carries an Emergency bag of sorts, without going into a long winded thread, here goes the question;
 
What kind of Knives do you like be it pocket with or with out pocket clip or sheath, one blade two blade, multi-blade ?
 
Multi tools, Leatherman, Gerber, SOG, Swiss Army ?
 
Flashlights..... mini-mag lite, mag
lite, Pal lite led type ?
