Via a BOD action or a membership vote?). Somebody has to pay for that. How much money are we talking here? $100? $500? $1000? 'Bout a hunnerd bucks at CSU, if they didn't have to do toxicology screens or any of that fancy stuff. Voluntary, I pay. Mandatory, AERC pays. What about adding a flat buck to a ride entry a la the drug testing fee to pay for any necropsies during the year, and any leftovers go into a fund to pay for relevant research?
